RAM Technologies Group, Inc. manufactures, through its manufacturing partners, a series of asphalt cutbacks in bulk that are environmentally friendly and contain post consumer recycled content of greater than 50%, has no VOC’s at 600°F and can be used in urban areas without concern for air quality and maintaining a higher safety threshold due to its high flash point well above the boiling point of the liquid asphalt.  Preferred by Public Works for its workability and sustainability RAM Technologist products are available through many hot plants in Northern and Southern California and Nevada.  Constantly growing, RAM  requests that you please return to our site to see where in your locality these products can be obtained as  new manufacturers in various states are being added weekly.  See our map to determine a source nearest you.     RAM ECO AWP (All Weather Patch) RAM ECO All Weather Patch is a crumb rubber modified asphalt cutback containing more than 50% post consumer rubber and re-refined oil and has no VOC’s and a flash point greater than 450°F. RAM ECO AWP-WG (All Weather Patch—Winter Grade) A less viscous version of the RAM CO AWP for extreme climate conditions. Provides the same cohesive and adhesive properties of the AWP and preferred by hot plants that operate in colder climates.   RAM ECO SC800 RAM ECO SC800 is a bulk asphalt cutback that does not contain rubber modified asphalt and has less cohesive properties.  This product still contains greater than 50% post consumer material and is used to increase RAP usage in aggregate blends as well as other paving maintenance applications where the added cohesion and adhesion are not required physical properties. RAM ECO SC250 RAM ECO SC250 is a low viscosity no VOC modified asphalt cutback containing more than 70% reclaimed material from post consumer products. ECO SC250 targeted use is for the increased content of RAP and asphalt shingles in asphalt concrete mix designs while remaining environmentally conscious and providing a superior performance in the field. Currently in the last stage of testing and field application, SC 250 is scheduled for release to commercial bulk sales in February 2011.
